Each morning began with a delightful continental breakfast in the Club Lounge. For someone like me, who appreciates diverse flavors, it was a highlight to sample an array of pastries alongside hot and cold beverages available throughout the day. Dining at the Sabres Brasserie was a memorable experience. The Mediterranean cuisine presented stunning ocean views that enhanced the atmosphere. The staff were competent, managing the bustling environment with ease. I enjoyed a brunch laden with fresh ingredients that reflected the vibrant culture of the region. Although I found some aspects of the hotel lacking - such as the cleanliness of my room and limited entertainment options - the allure of the culinary scene kept me engaged. Navigating the surrounding dining options, including various international flavors just a short walk away, was another enjoyable venture. In essence, this hotel's culinary innovation was commendable, making it a worthwhile experience for anyone who shares a passion for flavor.
